Palm Beach Living – The Plum Sofa

Making the most out of your space should always be a stylish endeavor, this time a custom built sofa was in order. This dual functioning office and guest bedroom in Palm Beach called out for an eye catching Plum color.

Cindy Ray Interiors created a unique sleeper sofa, allowing the client to select from a variety of styles, fabrics, and shades of color while complementing the custom designed, built-in bookcases in this warm contemporary room.

This living space required some finesse as this space was originally closed off to the living room due to the large white bookcases shown in the image below. Removing the bookcases helped create a “great room” effect, combining the two rooms together. We custom designed wood and antiqued mirror sliding pocket doors that can be closed whenever guest room privacy is needed.

To compliment the guest room as a functional workspace, we designed a built-in desk and storage area. Cabinetry made from Douglas Fir was designed and crafted into a custom wall unit that also contains file storage.

Using accents of plum and lavender throughout the apartment, the Plum Sofa and built-in shelving surround provide this living space with a visual impact and allow flow and function throughout the entire living space.

Cindy Ray Unveils Amazing New Store Section – Accent Pillows

Cindy Ray Interiors is excited to announce that we have added a completely new store section – Accent Pillows.

Featured below are just two of the beautifully embroidered pillows offered at our store.  A style originating in Central Asia, Tsuzani embroidery is known for intricate needlework and decorative patterns.

Design motifs of this region often incorporate tribal patterns consisting of vines, leaves, flowers or fruits. These pillows are a great way to add flair and color to any room.

Come take a look at our new pillow section by following the link,  here.

Evening on Antique Row

The Historical Society of Palm Beach County sponsored the latest ‘Evening on Antique Row Redux’  this past Saturday!  It was a wonderful evening with a huge turnout supporting the Historical Society.  Cindy Ray Interiors enjoyed making new friends and meeting old favorites while they played in our beautiful shoppe, ate our delicious mini-cupcakes and drank their way along the Row.  Out on the street there were many wonderful food trucks and street performers to liven up the evening.   www.cindyray.com
